Andy started working in the UK Insurance Market in 1978. In 1985 he started his own brokerage based in Chester, England. In 2003 a High Net-Worth division was developed and promoted the "all covers under one policy" facility this business was subsequently sold. Andy has also developed other insurance related businesses and he now looks forward to promoting and developing the insurance arm of the Gibro Group.
