Stuart became the Managing Director of the Gibro Group in 2003 having previously been a Director since 1999.
He read law in Liverpool John Moores University where he obtained his law degree. After successfully completing his Bar Finals he was called to the Supreme Court of England and Wales and is a member of the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple. He then obtained a Masters Degree in European Law at the University of Leeds and was called to the Bar in Gibraltar in 1998.
Stuart specialises in advising international clients on international tax structuring, trusts, residency, banking and private client work.
He is currently Vice-Chairman of the Gibraltar Federation of Small Businesses after serving on the Board for over 10 years and sits on numerous Government Appointed Boards.
