Trustmoore (Gibraltar) Limited, formerly of the Trustmoore Group, is a boutique company management firm specialising in tailor-made tax structures for High Net Worth Individuals. 

Following negotiations that took place during 2020, the Gibro Group has taken over the operation of the Trustmoore Group’s Gibraltar operation, which mainly services clients based in Northern Europe. The deal was completed at the end of July 2020 when it received regulatory approval.

The firm has been rebranded to Providential Trust Limited and becomes the latest member of The Gibro Group family of brands. Its existing clients now enjoy both the services of the Gibro Group and the continued support of their Trustmoore advisers as applicable.
